Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our goal is to be fair and transparent in our cancellation policy. Please read the following carefully:

 

Cancellation Period:

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made between 14 days and 30 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the total booking amount.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.

 

Early Departures or No-Shows:

Guests who choose to check out earlier than the reserved check-out date will not be eligible for a refund for the unused nights.

No-shows will be considered cancellations, and the entire booking amount will be non-refundable.

 

Refund Processing:

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5 days after the cancellation date.

Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment.

 

Extenuating Circumstances:

In the event of documented extenuating circumstances (such as medical emergencies, natural disasters, etc.), we will review requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis.

 

Modification Policy:

Changes to the reservation, including modifications to the booking dates, are subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees.

Please note that our cancellation policy is in place to ensure fairness to both our guests and our business. We recommend considering travel insurance to mitigate the financial impact of unforeseen events.
